A charming set of handmade mini note card gift tags with a Valentines Day theme, ready to adorn your special packages with a hug and love year round. I hand cut the hearts after backing the floral cotton fabric with masking tape. The wallpaper has a pebbly texture, and I glued the hand cut squares to white card stock for your message of good cheer.
