I started my shop to learn how to help my daughter get hers going. She has gone in a different direction, and I am still here with my crafting business to keep me busy.
Reducing material sent to landfill is earth friendly and satisfying. I enjoy giving a second life of usefulness to rescued materials. Fabric, vinyl, leather, wallpaper, wall coverings, yarn, paint samples, wood veneer, and printed materials including white card stock come from FabMo, a wonderful nonprofit that diverts discontinued designer samples and donated items from landfill.
As multiple sclerosis makes it more difficult to make some things, I discover new items to create. I am happy to find usefulness in my crafting, and in some ways feel recycled myself. If it weren't for my disability, I probably never would have found myself with a crafting business.
I offer beautiful and useful items for you to enjoy or give as thoughtful gifts. I would like you to receive your items with as much joy as I have in making them.
