Shipping:
Most packages will be sent using USPS the next business day after receiving your payment; the same day if possible.
Shipping Included:
I know 'free shipping' is very popular, but everyone should realize that ultimately there is no such thing. No matter how nice I am to the postal clerk, they must be paid. Any business offering it has increased item prices to cover the shipping expense. I would like to be honest about it and say 'Shipping Included'.
Returns:
For US buyers, please contact me within ten days of your order date and I'm sure we will find a solution. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and since shipping is a service provided by a third party, postage cannot be refunded. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Tag Designs:
I use a Sizzix die cut machine and dies to make most of my gift tags and embellishments. These designs are copyrighted by Sizzix and used with permission per their angel policy.
